Beanie Babies Founder Gets Probation For Tax Evasion

(Undated)  --  The billionaire founder of Beanie Babies avoids prison and gets two years probation for tax evasion.

Ty Warner pleaded guilty last year to tax evasion in Chicago federal court and could get up to a five-year sentence.  He's accused of hiding $25 million dollars of income in Swiss bank accounts.

Warner's attorneys suggested he should get probation due to his charity work and an unhappy childhood.  Prosecutors say he needs to do some prison time.
