(Undated) -- Women of the Millennial generation are the first to begin their working lives at near pay parity with men.
However, a new study makes it clear that doubts still linger about gender equality. The Pew Research Center study shows most believe additional change is needed.
Among Millennial women, three-quarters say the U.S. needs to continue making changes to achieve gender equality in the workplace. They think it's easier for men to get top executive jobs than it is for women.
They also believe that if they have children, it'll be more difficult for them to advance in their careers.
