Obama Expected to Nominate Janet Yellen as Fed Chair

(Washington, DC)  --  President Obama is set to make his nomination pick for Federal Reserve chairman Wednesday.  The "Wall Street Journal" reports Obama is expected to announce Wednesday that he has tabbed Janet Yellen to ultimately replace Ben Bernanke as Fed chief.
 
Yellen currently serves as the vice chair of the Board of Governors for the Federal Reserve System.
