Experts from the National Sleep Foundation say most people can workout just before bedtime, and sleep just fine. The foundation bases its findings on research and a new poll showing people who exercise at any time of day sleep better. It also finds people who exercise in the last four hours before bedtime sleep equally as well as those who exercise much earlier before sleeping. The survey says only three-percent of respondents report sleeping worse when exercising later in the day.
The 2013 Sleep In America Poll surveyed a thousand people about their sleeping habits. The poll was released today.
